For a customer in Warrignton we desigend and installed a complete storage solution for his new warehouse.
The challenge
The main challenge was all the different products that needed to be stored in the finished warehouse. This sector brings with it a vast array of products that range is size from small boxes to car doors. All of this has to be stored in an efficient way, while making good use of the available floorspace and making the warehouse user friendly.
The solution
Our salesman first talks to the customer to discover their storage needs. With this customer input a initial plan was made up that was presented to the customer. The customer was pleasantly surprised by our proposal, the space was used much more efficiently than thought. By using a mezzanie-floor we greatly increased the storage capacity. To store the vast array of products we used Multisystem shelving, Tube-50 longspan shelving and a mezzanine floor that allowed us to place another level of Multisystem shelving on top.
